A Damp Survey is a detailed inspection of a property which has shown potential damp damage. Damp is a common issue that affects many residential properties, however, if left untreated it can develop and cause major structural problems.

We are specialists in identifying rising damp, penetrating damp, dry rot, wet rot, woodworm and black mould problems in all types of buildings.

As well as carrying out surveys on modern residential buildings we also work to BS7913:2013 specifications. The Standard is intended for those who own, use, occupy and/or manage traditionally  built buildings, and can be used by decision makers and funders.
